Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Glaze Dental & Aesthetic Clinic collects when you contact us or use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
In short: we collect only what we need to call you back and care for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for payment card details, government identity numbers, or clinical history through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To call you back about the treatment you asked about, and to arrange an appointment.
- To answer your question and keep a record of what was discussed, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To understand how the website is used — which pages people read, which treatments are asked about — so we can improve it.
- To meet legal and professional obligations that apply to a clinic.
We do not use your enquiry to add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing messages you have not asked for.
4. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram
We advertise on Meta's platforms. Some of those advertisements carry an enquiry form that opens inside the app, so you can reach us without leaving it. If you complete one, Meta sends your answers to us and we contact you about your enquiry.
Meta also processes that information under its own policies, which we do not control — see Meta's Privacy Policy. Our advertising is managed on our behalf by Exporado, who may see enquiry details for that purpose and for no other.
5. Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. It is seen only by:
- Clinic staff, to contact you and arrange your care.
- Exporado, who build and maintain this website and run our advertising, and who are bound to use the information only for those purposes.
- Google (Analytics), for website statistics.
- Meta, where an enquiry arrives through Facebook or Instagram.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as a court or regulator.
Google and Meta may process information on servers outside India.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years from your last contact with us, so that we have a record if you return. Website analytics are held in aggregate for 14 months. Clinical records, where you become a patient, are kept for the longer period that professional and legal obligations require. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
7. How it is protected
This website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are stored on an access-controlled server, and the enquiry dashboard is password protected and limited to named clinic accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and keep access to the minimum.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Write to glazedentalaestheticclinic@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
We treat children with a parent or guardian present, and we ask that enquiries about a child be made by their parent or guardian rather than by the child.
10. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
