Dr. Gargi started Glaze in 2019. Before that, she trained in Mumbai for her M.D.S., then spent fellowships in the U.S., Virginia, and Germany. She handles most of the dental and cosmetic work at the clinic — implants, smile makeovers, facial aesthetic. If you came in for a checkup or a smile makeover, it's likely her you'll see.

Dr. Sarthak handles the surgical side at Glaze — head and neck cancer surgery, reconstruction, and the cases that need a specialist. He trained at the Mazumdar Shaw Cancer Centre in Bengaluru under Dr. Naveen Hedne, then practised on Dr. Majid Ahmed Talikoti's team. Most patients meet him through a referral; we treat oncology referrals on a separate, faster track.
